Blood pressure cure?
is there any natural or simple cure to control high blood p, mine at average is 150 100, i am facing lots of issues because of this, biggest one is this damn eye twitching, please help

Natural Blood Pressure cures, dosage and duration ?
I have been looking around for natural Blood pressure cures, and have found 4 main things well knows to be very effective.I'm thinking of trying these rather than meds.Was wondering if anyone had any experience on using these, and on their effectiveness, i.e. good results or erratic ? etc.....apple cider vinegar.... 1 tablespoon 3x a day. this is supposedly the best. ?cayenne pepper & honey tea, dosage ? frequency ?garlic clove, once a day Raw Ginger,comments appreciatedI'm already going to a gym.
