What do we do with a bad, bad swollen knee, left side and a back that hurts and does not allow perfect sleep, the whole spinal cord seems to have gone haywire. Thanks

Well it's that DAMN time of the month. I am at work till 6pm today, what are some good ways to reduce or help sooth the cramps and lower back pain I have. My back feels like I have to crack it. What do you suggest?

Taking Growth Hormone at 19 for lower back pain cure/relief?
Hi, im 19 years old and injured my lower back pretty severely, i have been to see 2 physios and 5 doctors and no one seems to have an answer, pain medication doesn't work. The doctors and physios have both told me to stick to being active, but that easier said than done. i was wondering if GH would heal my back, would it work at 19 years old and if so are there any negative side effects? thank youi know its illegal, but does that ever really stop anyone doing anything? ive been stretching ALOT since the pain started and it doesnt seem to be getting any better, th pain is unbearable and i really dont know what to do.

Epidural Back pain cure.?
Okay I am a 18year old mother 2 a 7month old baby I had choosen 2 take the epidural when I was having my baby due 2 the pain. And well now my bavk has been hurting constantly on my lower back. Has any 1 experience back pain due 2 epidural.? What do you do 2help cure your pain.? Is there any way or anything doctors can perscribe me due 2 the constant pain in my lower back.? Lower back pains cure needed?
Im only 13 and i have lower back pains.i have had already but this time its worse.I think it happened when i was playing sports.if its still there after a few days i will go see a doctor
