Natural acid reflux cures?
I'm looking for drug free, surgery free solutions for acid reflux. I've had it for awhile now, and i refuse to have to become dependent on drugs for a solution, and i can't afford to pay for surgery or drugs for that matter for a cure. I've heard Apple Cider Vinegar which is amazing, but it's an acid........ and baking soda which seems a bit more realistic . Has anyone had any luck with natural solutions???I know diet and sleeping with the upper body elevated. The change in sleeping habits don't work, and the diet just barely works. I'm looking for more reliable solutions that work better. I've just been using antacids, which work well, but only for an hour or two. Thanks in advance

Acid reflux cures? Need help now!?
so lately i have been feeling a lump in my throat just under my adams apple. it feels like i have to burp but i can't. when i swallow it takes a second or to for the food to actually pass by this lump. if i eat too much at a time the food will get stuck and come back up to the top of my throat then go back down then come back up, then go back down. it hurts alot. usually it doesn't burn but for the first time ever this reflux feeling started to burn. i didn't even eat anything for a while and it just came on randomly. it feels like i have this lump feeling in my throat 24 7 now which used to not be the case. i am getting really scared and need help.i figured it out, oh ya and btw the lump lasted about an hour. i did some reasearch and talked to some people and found out that the lump is a common effect of acid reflux. i got the acid reflux from some rice i had earlier so the lump was probably a reaction to the food i was eating

Acid reflux cure by eating apples?
I have really bad acid reflux. I am about to have my 4th prcedure to dialate my esophogus in 2 years. I have read all the advice on medications and lifestyle changes, but I was wondering if anyone heard about a remedy involving eating a slice of an apple as well as two other food types during or before a meal to cure reflux? If so, how does it work?
